Great location to the underground train (1/2 block) but there's grafitti everywhere in the area which made it look dirty. There was no a.c. in my room. They switched me to a room with no windows but at least it had a.c. On a positive, the hotel was super clean and the staff, no matter what time of day it was, honestly was one of the best ever!

This hotel was OK. Not much near it though, except for the Chinese restaurant across the street. It's not a great location if you're going to a conference at ExCel, since the entrance is on the other side, which is a long walk. Wish they had fridgerators.
