Private home on a nice street near Lighthouse Park, East Shore Park, Fort Nathan Hale, and ten minutes to Yale campus. Updated kitchen. Gas stove, gas grill on outdoor patio, and adjustable outdoor basketball hoop. Full finished basement with twin bed, treadmill, and some light weights. Access to half garage. Fully fenced in back yard. Three tv's in main family room, master bedroom, and basement. All have app's downloaded for easy access to your favorite shows. Five minutes from Tweed airport.
