Der Checkin (und -out) lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen und Ansprüchen: Sauber mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um die Stadt zu erkunden; nur das Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus ist hierdurch sehr teuer (33€/Tag), was aber vorher bekannt war.

Great location for walking around Düsseldorf, especially shopping. Less than a couple of hundred feet from the Ko-bogen shopping center, and a 3 minute stroll to Konigsallee high end stores. Room was fine, the included breakfast was awesome, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

Highly recommended

Everything you would expect from a small city centre hotel was to be found. The initial welcome and subsequent customer service were excellent. We arrived well before the official check-in time but rooms were ready and we were given immediate access. The room was spacious, well maintained, extremely clean and comfortable with a very limited free soft drink/beer minibar (it would have been nice to have a tea/coffe facility in the room as well) . Breakfast choice and quality was very good. WiFi in room was fast and worked well. The location of the hotel was ideal -- it was an easy walk to the Altstadt, the river, the designer shopping area, and the underground rail system. I would consider the Hotel Favor excellent value for money and would definitely consider staying here again if I were to return to Dusseldorf.
