Ok

This is an older property and the upstairs walkway was a bit rickety, but the room was decent and clean. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable though. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Overall nice place to stay.

There was a booger on the curtain behind the sink. All the linens seemed well worn but clean. Flooring on the second floor walkway didn’t seem too sturdy. Staff was non existent most of the time and no breakfast was provided. Parking lot was very tight. We brought our own Clorox wipes and wiped everything down before use. We needed a clean place to stay and were able to make due with what we had.

It was adequate. Clean and the staff was friendly. It’s dated and priced aggressively. Better value can be had IMO

They let me bring my dog for a nominal fee. Location.

Sick individuals, they lied over the phone about my reservation, so when I PAID for an Uber to get there I was incredibly upset when I found out they had an issue with my reservation. So I had to call another Uber to leave and instead of letting myself and my two babies sit in the lobby while we waited for our Uber they told me to wait outside in the freezing cold with my kids. The manager was NASTY to say the least. These people were very heartless.

The pool was in disrepair and the spas were very dirty. The sides had scum lines and the towels had holes. We were moved from room 224 which was okay although the shower needed work because there was no hot water. Had to move after taking the Silverton train all day. Moved to room 111 which was very nasty and the bathroom was full of live growing Mold in the shower and corners. You could smell it Then the staff charged me extra charges and $111.00 for room 111. I told the guy that I had paid already. Anyways they took oof the regular charges but still what a hassle

Not to be snobbish, but this is probably the first time I have stayed in a less than 4-5 star hotel. I was amazed! Room was fine, coffe maker, basic amenities, working AC. Property was paved - not 5 star! But all I needed was a place to sleep, and it was just fine. Breakfast, which I did not eat, was scrambled eggs, bacon and waffles. Again, I was surprised. All in all, I would do it again. Not sure all quality inn motels are equally nice, but worth a try.

The room was clean, and the carpet was vacuumed although it did need to be shampooed. Our room furnishings were a little dated but the room was still very comfortable and the room was not overpriced. There was plenty of parking, and the motel was convenient to a lot of activities. There was a very good daily hot breakfast in a nice and clean breakfast room. The Animas River backed the property and made for great scenery. I would rate this property an 8 out of 10 and would definitly stay here again. Our room was close to the front of the motel but we did not hear highway noise. Our room also had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee pot with all of the essentials.

Staff was very friendly and nice and the breakfast was good! The room was overpriced, not very clean and could use some updates. Neighborhood wasn’t very nice and not enough restaurants close to the hotel. There was a grocery store nearby. The trolley was nice that took us downtown to have dinner and drinks and only $1.00 each way.

Great staff, great breakfast! Hot tub was barely warm but staff explained it had just been cleaned. I didn't get a chance to go back and try it out. Highly recommend!

STOLEN FROM ROOM CHRISTMAS PRESENT APPLE AIR BUDS -2 Hr WINDOW WHILE WE WALKED ACROSS THE STREET FOR COFFEE!! Waking up at 6:30 the first morning at the hotel, we discovered our room did not have any hot water. We stopped by the front desk to report the problem and said we were planning to walk over to get a Starbucks coffee so there was time for them to get thing figured out. The front desk gentleman said the hotel would be checking things out. Within a 2 hour window someone went into our room presumably to check the hot water and stole my husbands brand new Air Buds from the case. Immediatley after discovering the missing Air Buds we talked to the woman at the front desk who admitted she was the one who checked the rooms for hot water, but just not our room?!!! Humm really? We were the first ones to report the problem at 6:30am when very few if any other people were up. she was in our room and the Air Buds went missing. We had declined all house keeping. We understand you shouldn't leave valuables unattended but this was a walk across the street for coffee with NO AGREEMENT TO LET ANYONE GO INTO OUR ROOM! The ear phones were opened once the night we arrived late in the evening. He never removed them from the case and the next morning he found them missing. There is no explanation than they were taken during that 2 hour window when the front desk woman went into our room to check the water. I would never stay at the Quality Inn in Durango again.
