Rooms are clean, staff are very helpful and kind. continental breakfast was very good.

This is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. Room was clean and pleasant. Very nice pool. Excellent breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and recommended all sorts of local spots to eat and drink at.

Everything in this hotel was great. Especially the staff . Breakfast was really good in the am too!!!

Very convenient location for skiing, great price, super breakfast, and very helpful staff,

The pool was warm the hot tub was hot. Room was plenty comfortable beds Amazing. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Very nice staff. Good FREE breakfast and clean rooms.

Room was dirty, blood on the bathroom floor, gross brown spots on bathtub. Thin walls, had a small altercation with neighbor in early morning! He was banging on the wall Telling us to turn down the T.V.

The hot tub and pool were excellent. Being in a separate, modernistic building made it even more fun for the Grandkids.

The hotel was in the middle of renovations, so lobby was not open, but the staff did a nice job dispite that. The suite we stayed in was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Short overnite stay to fly out of Durango. Great town! Would definitely love to visit again.

Loved the area. Hotel was in good location. Staff was not very friendly or helpful.

Nice and friendly hotel. Clean room with ample parking.

I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled with the hotel it was clean and had everything we needed. We were in town for the Durango/Silverton train and had a great time. The complementary breakfast was good, the coffee was great. The only downside was the TV connection kept going out in the evening and did not come back up the last night we were there.

The TV was out. I contacted the staff and they simply implied that many of the rooms were going to be without TV service. Now this isn't the 4 seasons but at a minimum there are some things you need in a motel and a TV is one of them. It should have beeen corrected immmedieately or our room credited. Instead, they gave us a modest credit for the room after we had to go in at check out the next day and confront them. There are plenty of motels in the region. I'd stay away from this place.

The hotel wad a perfectly choice. The frontier desk staffing was friendly, helpful and efficient. A bonus was the continental breakfast which included bacon and eggs and make your own fresh waffles

Good value for hotel. Had a king size bed that was very comfortable.

Too Expensive for what it was, would look for more value next trip!

Overall stay was quick and only used to sleep however our air conditioner was broken so the one night stay was pretty miserable.

When we pulled up to the motel, we were surprised that it was an outside motel. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room. Freshly remodeled, clean and a super friendly staff that directed us to the nearby running/biking trail that goes along the river to the historic downtown area. The other plus was the trolley that brought us back and dropped us right back at the motel. Will definitely stay here again and make the trip to Durango:)
