The facility in the bath did not work. Called the front desk, to be told the maintenance person was on the way. 30 minutes later, called again. Told 5 maybe 10 minutes out. Another 30 still no one. Personal visit to the desk. Asked for another room, told there was none. Asked for a refund, miraculously a room became available. Second goon:no television and it smaller. Toilet leaking at the base. Another front desk visit. Refund granted. Not someplace I’ll visit again. EVER!

The hotel is very dated compared to the photos on here, one of the rooms they wanted to put us in had a broken window (they did move us when we asked to be) but that room shouldn’t have been an option to begin with.

We were so disappointed with this hotel. It was dark, dirty and disgusting. There were transient people hanging around, our room smelled, we weren't sure of what. We checked in and checked out 5 mins later. When we told the front desk why we were leaving, they did offer another room however, the overall vibe of this hotel was terrible. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this hotel. The girl at the desk said she would refund my money when the manager returned but when Expedia called to obtain my refund they refused. This hotel is NOT WORTH A PENNY! The beds were thin, the AC was old and the whole place needs to be demolished! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The room was uninviting. The parking lot was dark, had old sofas and trash laying around. There were workers sitting on an old sofa outside next to our room watching the TV from outside and smoking. The lobby seemed to have either workers or the family of the staff hanging around. It was more like an hourly hotel than any property by Wyndham. Whyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property! I WANT A REFUND! This property is so desparate they won't even refund $106! And I had a $42 CREDIT FROM EXPEDIA so the rate of this room was close to $150! This honestly was the worst property. And how hard up must the owners be that they won't even refund $106! PATHETIC is being kind!

Was not told when signed in that room was only serviced and fresh towels furnished if requested. Found out about this policy when I went to front desk. This should be disclosed by Hotels.com in the description of the property. Had I know about this policy, I would have selected a different hotel.

This hotel is the shabbiest, dirtiest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in. There was a 30’ extension cord from the tv to a distant outlet. Smoke detector falling out of the ceiling. Torn curtain. Broken AC. Chipped paint. Dirt and messy caulking in the bathroom. Broken cheap furniture. I will not ever stay at another Baymont by Wyndham!

The outside of the property needs to be maintained better. The pool was none functional and looked like a storage area, outside garbages were overflowing. Room was clean although the lights above the vanity needed to be replaced, only one was working.

The room was in a corner with carts of dirty was across the window. The outlets weren’t finished. The floor felt dirty on bare feet. The toilet was running all night and air was loud. We switched rooms to the one next door and although the floor felt dirty as well and the coffee pot had to be taken to an outlet, was more comfortable. Also the price was outrageous for two nights in this hotel.

Unfortunately this stay was a disaster. They advertised that they had a pool and hot tub but neither were in working condition. Then as we were trying to checkout the next morning there was no personnel to speak of, no one at the desk or anywhere else. No breakfast or coffee- hours posted was 6am-9:00am for breakfast we were there at 6:45-7:00 and there was nothing. The rooms were clean but the walls are paper thin and need updating. The stay was less than desirable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
