This remodeled 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath home features multiple living areas, a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, a professional Thor range, and ZLINE appliances. Two full laundry sets add convenience. Enjoy the media area and game room with pool and foosball. An attached garage keeps your car snow-free in winter. An OPTIONAL hot tub is available for a $75 fee.

Perfectly located between downtown Durango (15 min) and Purgatory Resort (15–20 min), the home offers the ideal balance of privacy and convenience.
