Great lil place. Was super close to Main Street where they had so many food places and about 30 minutes away from Purgatory ski resort. WiFi wasn’t the best but other than that everything was great. Host also replied quickly when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property to spend time in Durango traveling with our dog. The yard is fully fenced and made us feel safe letting her sniff around the space without getting out. The casa was very comfortable and well appointed. It’s in the middle of town, close to just about everything. Will definitely want to stay here again next time we’re in Southwestern Colorado.

Enjoyed our stay at Timothy's casa...very clean and comfortable. The shaded outdoor seating in the fenced yard was a bonus as was being able to love on his two adorable French bulldogs. Great location--in walking distance to many places or a very short drive to others. We'd be happy to stay there again!

Convenient to town with a great patio!

This property is close to town and trails. It has a lovely outdoor patio with shade provided by blooming wisteria that everyone enjoyed immensely! It’s walking distance to bakeries and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!
