• The in-unit 2-in-1 washer/dryer is best for small loads and has longer dry times. For larger loads, coin laundry is available in the HighPoint guest service building (also has ice and soda machines).
• Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron, DO NOT allow pets.
• No smoking / vaping of any kind is allowed
• Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first.
• AWD or 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

If you booked on a third party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
