The apartment is shared with a one double bed guest room. Located close to the botanical gardens and also university of Otago and the city centre. Ideal if your coming down for a meeting or from overseas come and relax and enjoy the apartment it is located at 105 north road. About 4 blocks from the University and by the Gardens New World supermarket and close to the octagon. There is also public transport including buses nearby as well as bar's and restaurants street parking is available. Everywhere is walking distance including the museum

This is very close to the university of Otago and the city as well the cafe bars and restaurants around the city include the Dunedin Botanical Gardens and the octagon and wall Street Mall
