What amazing accommodation, it's really not a motel, its a top notch hotel. Very well equipped and luxury rooms, lovely and warm and a great cafe too.

amazing hotel, great room, check out was not the best... would highly suggest some improvements on amenities or payable snacks. when i checked in-there was no cookies, but on second night , cookies were added in the bar and they wrongly counted me having taken 2... its not a nice feeling when you are sure not having taking anything from the bar that the reception keeps asking.. anyway this hotel was amazing again, it would be a pity for some details damaging the wonderful image of it

The room was warm. The bed was very comfortable especially the pillows 😍. Wish the bath tub was a bit bigger but otherwise it was good! No windows for fresh air, but I guess it’s for safety as the room is close to the road. Good overhead shower pressure. Location was perfect! The ambience and smell around the staircases was divine! Just don’t be tempted to help yourself at the minibar, drinks were a bit pricey 😁. Overall, worth the money spent for a night stay at the superior room.

Really exceptional hotel and staff.

We were really surprised how lovely the hotel was. Sometimes these “boutique” hotels don’t work for me but this was just lovely. Nice big room and great location. Dunedin is such a great place to visit too.

In the right spot to stroll around. Beds are not the most comfortable! Staff is lovely. Hotle is environmentally friendly which is great but one inconvenient issues for me - bins not lined with bags etc, Sometimes you need it! Overall great stay.
