Staff were super friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. The only gripe I have is that my room wasn't serviced while I was out (given the price paid, I expected it to be serviced at least to replace the tea bags!), but I was able to collect some replacement amenities at reception.

We stated for two nights and made booking for two bedrooms. We got a suite with a main door leading to two spacious bedrooms, an ensuite, two basic kitchenette’s and two separate bathrooms. The location was five minutes walk from town centre and Dunedin railway station. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

A special thank you to the lovely receptionist who greeted us with a cheerful smile every time we came and went. This made us feel very welcome during our stay.
