I have stayed in several different hotels over the years for trips and was never so disappointed in my experience that I felt the need to leave a negative review. This location is absolutely terrible, from the lack of air conditioning, the bathroom doors that don't lock, the open-concept shower and last but not least, the staff. The staff not only dismissed our valid complaint about an extreme noise disruption during the middle of the night, but they breached our confidentiality by leaving our reservation information in a public area as well as creating a retaliatory opportunity between the guests who were creating the disruption and ourselves.
