We came in for check in and was ignored by both staff behind the desk. One must have been leaving for the day and made a rude comment about “people that check in early” she left and told the other lady good luck and walked away. We continued to stand there with no help the other lady there cracked open her Pepsi and poured it into her glass, continued to wait for 15 minutes before she turned around and finally asked us what we needed. She proceeded to say she “thought” we were waiting for someone. We were right in front of the desk with our luggage! Very disappointed.

I like that they had adjoining rooms and they allow dogs. Our 2 rooms were insanely hot. We went to use the air conditioner and found mold. We stayed 2 nights. We have been home for a few days and we all are now sick. Theres plenty of hotels in the area, choose another. This was my first time in Duluth so I wasnt sure where I wanted to stay.

Loved our suite that we had for 3 people! Only problem was the hot tub not working at the present time and the pull out bed really needed to be changed out, as all you could feel was the springs. Emplyees were very nice and helpfull.

Don’t recommend. Sorry

This hotel was old and outdated. Window unit for A/C. Temp in room wasn’t easily regulated. Holds in the carpet. Tv screen was small. Thought breakfast was good but exact same hot foods 3days in a row. The yogurt served was actually expired 2 weeks earlier. Be sure to check dates on things!
