I liked to notifications to keep me on track. Unfortunately every link provided in the email went to a 404 error page. I did get a response fairly quickly after several attempts, a digital copy of the parking pass and discounts. Unfortunately the parking pass did not work, and I was stuck from leaving the parking ramp. Rescue finally came when the emergency call with the parking agency was able to let me out with the code on the QR digital print.Overall a good stay.I will note that people like to party in those rooms, and the walls are thin. We were kept awake until after 11PM each night. If that is not your scene, invest in ear plugs or bigly white noise machine.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place and comfy beds. It was nice that we were walking distance to restaurants and shops. The cleanup was very easy compared to some other rentals. It was more costly than we anticipated with the additional fees from Vrbo and we were not able to use the pool one of the days due to maintenance. Bottom line, we would stay again.

Girls getaway

I met with my girlfriends in Duluth. We enjoyed the room, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the living area to sit and talk in! The pool area was less than desirable, the sauna was closed until further notice and the hot tub was a funny color. But communication was great with property manager when it came to the parking passes and also the fire in the building on Saturday morning. We would probably stay again! Beds were great!

Short getaway to Duluth with kids!

We absolutely loved this place! So clean and homey:) It was great being right downtown within walking distance of lots of things. Also so convenient having the brewery on site. Pool was great and not packed like a hotel pool can be. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Duluth Long Weekend

Wonderful place to hang out and warm up on a chilly Duluth weekend. The rooms were large and comfortable , especially the beds. Having access to the pool hot tub was very nice. Walking distance to everything in Canal Park. The parking lot was wonderful. Not having to pay for parking was the cherry on top.

Great Place to Stay

Our family went skiing at Spirit Mountain. It was a wonderful location. Close to the hill, pool for the kids, and close to other entertainment. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Great location!

The property was great! Exactly as listed, close to everything and the pool access was great for kids! Very clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Communication with host was easy and did not need much since everything was well laid out in the booking. Great stay!

We had a very good stay. Would stay again.

We very much enjoyed the condo and would stay again. There were a couple of things we would change.clarify: 1: The room access was difficult at first. The host should tell renters that the first digit of the access code needs to be pressed to illuminate the code panel. 2: We had trouble with the parking lot scanner that raises the access gate after the first night, both entering and leaving.

Great Duluth condo in a great location

The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was very nice, clean, great setup. We walked to many nearby Canal Park restaurants as well as the boardwalk near Canal Park Lodge (very close). The ROKU for streaming was set up well and the unit had a very nice heat-a-later fireplace (looked great too) on the wall. Nicely equipped not only with a Keurig, but also a great selection of coffee pods and also tea bags. It was everything and more that we hoped for for our family get-away. I highly recommend it.

Family Getaway

This was a great place for our family to stay in Duluth. Beautiful and clean accommodations! The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here in the future.
