The apartment was lovely... it was spacious, very clean and most adequate for our needs. Its location is good and the view was superb. At first it was a bit of a trek to and from the beach, as its up a slight hill or we used the 50+ steps hidden between the buildings leading to the beach and 'esplanade'. However, we found a 'lift' in the Cave Bar (part of More hotel) which took us right up to the top, so we walked a stone-throw-away to the apartment! Bliss! So we used the hotel's lift from then on. The esplanade has some excellent eating places and bars, but we found the Sports Bar was cheapest on alcohol. There are 2 excellent restaurants down the road from the apartment, which I highly recommend. The sunbeds on the beach are rather expensive though, but there are some gorgeous rocky coves you can use, which are along the path towards More Hotels 'Cave bar', which you seriously have to go to as its totally awesome. We would return for a second holiday to Croatia, as its just a fabulous, beautiful Country. Villa Katarina is a lovely place to stay and the owner is very helpful and courteous.

Modern, clean property with great views

Would recommend property as a great place to stay. Good connection to old town via no.5 & 6 buses However parking for guests not great, pool probably had too much chlorine in it.

Peter was an amazing host and the villa perfect for our needs. Having the small pool was a great bonus. Beautiful views over the bay were worth the step from the beach to the villa.

Het appartement was ruim voor 2 personen. Fijn terras. In de zomerperiode zou ik wel minstens een verdieping hoger verblijven. Het kleine zwembad lag vlak voor ons terras met m.i. Te weinig ruimte voor ligstoelen. Zou voor overlast kunnen zorgen.

Lägenheten borde inte få hyras ut!

Det värsta jag varit med om! Fullt med mögel i badrum och sovrum. I sovrummet hade de målat över möglet, men missat att måla bakom elementet. Det var så fuktigt i lägenheten att lakanen var fuktiga när man skulle sova i dem. Alla kläder som vi hade med oss i resväskorna stank mögel när vi kom hem. Vi försökte byta lägenhet, men ägarna sa att det det var fullbokat trots att det gick att boka en ny lägenhet på deras hemsida samma natt. Poolen var ett skämt! Vi var så missnöjda att vi bokade nytt hotell sista natten.
