We had a lovely stay here - the location is perfect for getting into the old city (lots of steps but 10 minutes max walk!), the owners were lovely and picked us up/ dropped us at the airport. Would recommend!!

Great value for money, with a view!

Very nice place on the hill above Old Town. A bit hard to find, as there are no signs, but Google takes you there ;) Fully renovated room with high standards. Even if booked last minute, the host was able to make the room available in a few hours. Very friendly, and good English skills. Good value for money, and just a few minutes walk to Old Town.

This was an ideally situated apartment, (10 mins walk from Pile Gate) in which we had a lovely clean, large room with a queen bed, a small kitchen with complimentary soft drinks and beer in the fridge, a lovely bathroom with a big walk in shower and the whole place was air conditioned, making it nice and cool after a day out in the Dubrovnik Sun. Miljenko was an excellent host who communicated well and ensured we had fresh towels and the room cleaned and made up every day.

Avoid - let us down and reneged on refund

Manager an hour lat picking us up from airport despite having confirmed flight number and time just that morning Then - 25 minutes later as we are supposedly approaching the apartment he tells us there is a problem with the water and is taking us somewhere else Upon asking for more information, he says it is not close to the old town walls like the apartment booked, and we will have to use local buses to get into town - useless for us. Agreed to give us a full refund - verbally and later in writing through Hotels.com, but has since reneged We think he was playing the old switcheroo scam - avoid avoid We are now locked in a battle with Hotels.com for the last 10 days trying to get a refund

Dubrovnik August '19

Apartment Ramons was clean, fresh & seemed new or newly renovated, bathroom had walk in rain shower and ultra modern, little kitchenette subtly hidden under a counter oh nd there is a flatdcreen tv with Netflix. Apartment looked out onto a lovely courtyard with shrubs and flowers where you could relax with a morning coffee, beer or wine. Lots of steps but hey it's Dubrovnik so everything is up/down steps.

A Room With a View

With an early reservation I managed to find two separate apartments at same address for two couples in Dubrovnik close to old town. A parking place found by the host not far from the apartment was an additional appreciated bonus. On top of all that both apartments seem to be newly decorated and equipped with new furniture and multimedia TV sets. A view towards the old city, fortress Lovrijenac and the sea is available at least from one of the apartments and from the terrace which is spacious and free for daily use should one decide to stay in the shade above the old city instead to walk. Walking over the stairs is the only way to enjoy Dubrovnik so having a room with a view in Dubrovnik always considers stepping up and down. Take care to take light luggage with you and you wouldn’t mind stairs staying in Dubrovnik and visiting many GoT places.

Perfect place.

The apartments are very well located. 7min from old city. Big terrasse with ocean view and really calm. The rooms are brand new and very confortable. The owner is really friendly and can pick you at the airport. He gave me many infos of what to visit and good restaurants address. No regrets at all.

Worst experience in Dubrovnik

I couldn't check in the accommodation. Thought I didn’t stay because of the issue this hotel refused to pay a refund. Host sent me a message that he isn't near the room so check in time could be after 21:30. I booked another room to save my precious time to travel. I reported an issue to hotels.com. I felt like it’s a fraud. I shouldn’t make a booking for a room without reviews. I recommend you not to choose this place if you don’t wanna spoil your trip.
