Great experience from the start. After a delayed flight from US and arriving while minimal sleep the concierge and front desk were great upon arrival. We got an upgrade to one of their family suites which was superb. Bar/restaurant was great option and everyone was super helpful. Also very convenient that the hop on / hop off bus stop was right outside. Would highly recommend this hotel for families.

Great location and excellent accommodations

Good location and walkable to all of the sights. Café nearby as well as a well known bakery. Very clean room with fluffy towels and plenty of tea for our mornings. Lobby bar made great cocktails. Valet car parking was convenient and quick to get our car at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this hotel! Location was perfect for walking to sights and restaurants. Plenty of space in our double room, clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast buffet and the staff were all really nice. We would stay here again for sure!
