Very hospitable and helpful front-desk personnel. A great stay began with the very welcome information that our room was ready for an early check-in (we'd just flown in from the US). Breakfast was not included with our hotels.com reservation but was available for a discount at check-in. Had hotel breakfast both days. A well-kept secret: eggs available to order, also porridge. Room was clean, comfortable, quite... amenities were good, bed and linens excellent. And the friendly and helpful staff really made the experience. Thanks all!

Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and in a good location to all the amenities. Only complaint is housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights, no tissues, took away our room key to power the lights, didnt clean or replace our coffee cups for coffee machine....just seemed to not really care.

We stayed for 3 nights surrounding the Steelers game at Croke Park. It was perfect. Classy, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location was great. Not in the middle of all the craziness and hoopla but close enough to walk to it when we wanted to. Hope to be back again for the next Steelers game in Dublin!

We’ve been to Dublin before and stayed at other hotels, but the Davenport was excellent. It’s where we will stay going forward. Initially, there was a problem with our booking, but Abner came to the rescue. Kerry with the breakfast service was fantastic. We were traveling with our youngest daughter and she did everything she could to make it a special trip for her. Just a wonderful person. I never write these things, but our experience couldn’t go without the acknowledgment. I hope you enjoy your trip as much as we did. Slainte!

Gem of a hotel

The Davenport exceeded my expectations!!! The staff , very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They made our stay a very pleasant experience. The hotel was within walking distance of shops and various restaurants. The room and bathroom were very chic and beautiful. Exactly what was advertised on the website.
