The staff was simply amazing. Very helpful. The airlines have lost her luggage period every single member helped to track it down great people.

Traveled to Dublin for the first time and just wanted to explore the city. The staff gave recommendations for food and pubs. They helped with the questions on the culture and how to react to them.

I read wonderful reviews of the Dylan hotel prior to booking so I came with high expectations and I can honestly say they met and exceeded every one of them. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with careful attention to every detail. The rooms have a combination of historical yet boutique feel all in one. They think of every detail including an American outlet built in and USB ports to charge phones and iPads directly. They also supplied hair dryers and straighteners which was huge as I was planning on buying one upon arrival. The bar is great with great craft cocktails and delicious food from their well known restaurant. It's easy walk to city center but far enough away you get a more authentic feel with less tourist. There's great restaurants and pubs within 2-5 min walk of hotel and beautiful areas to run in the mornings. It's really in the details here with the staff from the instant taxi request to knowing us by name to a bottle of water and mint by our bedside every night. We will not only recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Dublin but plan on returning ourselves and will not stay anywhere besides there.

Great location! Nice boutique-style hotel with a nice bar. Very clean comfortable and roomy. Free wifi

The Dylan is a chic and sexy hotel on a quiet street near the city centre.

The hotel was very good and quiet overall, however, the plumbing for the hot water was troublesome. When one turns on the cold one gets only hot water and the water only gets cold after 5-10 minutes of running. This for both the basin and shower. So do not take a drink of water without checking. The mattress needs to be changed. There was a major dip from the center to the sides, leaving little support where one sleeps. These two situations do should not exist in a 4-5 star hotel. Overall the stay was fine, but beds and plumbing are major aspects of a good or bad room. The staff did try and fix the hot water problem, but did not succeed over 2 nights.

Lovely hotel with lots of stylish modern touches. Tucked away from traffic and central Dublin but still within walking distance of museums, shopping. Restaurant is truly excellent. Rooms are pretty and sleek, staff was endlessly polite. Bathroom a little small.

other than the loud noise from the closing door of your next rooms, you'd enjoy the stay here

decor of the hotel is very chic and well done. the staff will do anything you ask of them and do it quickly (including serving beers until the sun rises on st paddy's day)
