Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities. We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center. I highly recommend this place.

Rude staff, improperly functioning AC.

Rude staff. My daughter was playing the piano at the reception (she was not just toying around, she is an excellent pianist), One of the staffs came to her and rudely asked to stop playing. As per the hotel advertisement, piano was among one of the things to do. If at all it was not, they should treat people with respect and should have interrupted her professionally. Air conditioning was not working, to make things worse it was a heatwave while we were in Dresden so hard tough time sleeping without properly functioning A/C.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Elbflorenz. The room was very comfortable and the property was excellent. Be prepared to pay an additional city tax as well as a 12€/night parking.

Part of the World Trade Centre, Dresden. About twenty minutes walk to the interesting parts of the city and the same to the Hauptbahnhoff. Close to a main road so earplugs were necessary. A/C not working nor bathroom extractor fan.

Our room was large and we felt comfortable. Breakfast buffet is available but was not included in our room rate and was quite expensive, though they did offer a good selection. There is a bakery and a minimart in the World Trade Centre connected to the hotel. There are also Asian and Itallian resteraunts in the WTC. Parking is also attached and is cheaper than other places weve been. The main attractions are 20 - 30 minutes walk but there is a tram stop right outside.
