Great front desk help!

The front desk staff were so kind to us. This was our first time in Germany and they assisted us with getting directions and telling us about great day trips. I had a medical emergency during the trip and one of the front desk agents called multiple pharmacies for me at night, trying their best to find what I needed. They went out of their way to be helpful.

Cutest hotel ever! We liked that it was not in the touristy area, but only a short tram ride away from it, or a nice walk away. It was in new town and the restaurants on this side of the bridge are so diverse and wonderful.

Das beste und vielfältigste Frühstück was ich bisher in Hotels hatte. Daran könnten sich so manche ein Beispiel nehmen. Zimmer waren auch sehr schön und sauber. Für die Räder gibt es einen kleinen Fahrrad Keller. Werde gerne wieder kommen!
