There are a couple flights of stairs to enter the completely private suite. There is a sweet family that lives in the home.
There are two designated parking spots for you to use during your stay- please do not block the garages!
We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
No parties; as of October 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am

Really Fantastic Place up on the Hillside!
Had a great time staying here! The place was super clean and in a great location. We loved using the jacuzzi at night with a great view of Salt Lake. Driving up to the house in the evening you can see a dozen paragliders. The hostess was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
