5/5 Excellent

"All of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were excellent and attentive! I had an issue with using the coffee maker and immediately the housekeeping manager showed up to our room and showed us how to use the coffee maker. He was very attentive and professional. He responded very quickly and was very polite and helpful! Rooms and common areas are very clean! Breakfast was amazing with ample food and drinks! I would recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in the area! I definitely would return to this hotel and I am very happy with the service!! Thank you for a great experience!!"

4/5 Good

"The room was clean. It was very convenient to enjoy the River Walk and a wide variety of food. We did not eat at the hotel. The room was clean, a little dated but not bad. It was very odd that you have to exit the hotel to get to the hotel but its not a far walk around the building. The cruise shuttle worked out perfectly. I was surprised find that part of the hotel is used for campus housing. There were no problems with that at all. We would definitely stay there again for a cruise out of Tampa."
