Pros:-The view is spectacular/cool location-Richard and Josh were kind and responsive. When I booked incorrectly, they helped me. We were able to get a hold of them eventually, with issues(alarm went off, AC issue). -When we had a trash or AC issue, they came-A kayak that was usable on the dock and a life jacket.Cons:-This house is very old and not taken care of. When we arrived, we knew right away. The landscape is dying, everything is overgrown, and the steps and stucco are in disrepair. -Said there was AC, which meant 3 in-window ACs. I thought my 80-year-old parents would have to leave. The AC in the main room couldn't cool down that floor. Upstairs wasn't working. There is a bedroom next to the kitchen that has no AC. We tried to cook dinner, but couldn't do it. My family wanted to leave and find somewhere else; that's how bad it was. It's an old house, I get it, but it has to be specified that it does not have AC except for the inadequate window units. Luckily, the weather shifted. -The kitchen was basically empty. Ex: tiny glasses, nothing to be able to really cook. We had to buy things from Walmart to just make it. work. -The dining room chairs were so old they sunk and we had to bring in outside chairs to eat. -Ashtray outside was filled with cigarettes (there was an ashtray inside, but empty)-Sliding door to a bedroom from the kitchen was glass, without a curtain-Pool has tiles falling off and is rusted or discolored. -Limited towels-I could go on...
