The beds were on the firm side but pretty comfy. We did have issues connecting to the WiFi and there is not a customer service number for after hours. I was able to email but since I didn’t have WiFi it was very spotty and they gave me a generic “did you try to reset the modem.” Otherwise it’s a cute apartment, very quiet neighborhood. Just a walk up the street is some good pizza places and a grocery store. Water pressure was excellent and I appreciated the deep tub.
