A luxurious, newly built, sunny, self-catering studio in the sought after Summertown area of Oxford. An ideal alternative to a hotel with immaculate decor, a private south facing decked area, with a view of a beautifully cared for garden with a stunning Gingko tree. It's own dedicated off-street parking and easy bus access into Oxford city centre. Also only 5 mins to Oxford Parkway station for easy access to Bicester village and London Marylebone station making travel into London straightforward.
There are various beautiful green areas nearby, Portmeadow along the Thames river with various pubs to visit, The Trout, The Perch and The Wolvercote, all family favourites for us. There is a park run each Saturday at 9am in Cutteslowe Park which is also good for having country views while walking. An outdoor gym is nearby too.
There is a secure and private entrance allows guests to come and go as they please.
This stylish luxurious property comprises of an open plan living room/dining area, with a modern kitchen and bedroom. French doors open onto a quiet south facing private decked area situation within a beautiful well cared for garden. With its homely and comfortable feel, the studio is perfect for researchers, or business trips or a base for a holiday.
The studio is for your access only, No others will be present in the studio during your stay.
