Nice location, close to Westgate mall and many of the Oxford colleges. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly enough. The sink in my room (313) did not drain properly and that was a bit frustrating. Drycleaning was a complete disaster. Not only did they not return my clothes on time, the quality of the clean was rubbish.
This was my third hotel that weekend. One cancelled on me due to getting more from elsewhere (Orbitz didn’t do a thing). The second had a flood. The third time definitely was the charm. Great location. Great staff. Lovely view. I couldn’t have asked for better.
