A fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and felt very homey. Everything seems new like the vinyl floor, kitchen, rooms, bathrooms etc. The bonus was a Ping-Pong table which is really helpful specially when staying with the friends for 2-3 nights. We were 4 families including kids and everyone enjoyed a lot with everything available.Kenneth was a superb host, highly responsive, and made the whole process easy. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect vacation.The check-in/check-out was a breeze. We were 4 boys and host arranged the 4th ping-pong racket immediately on our request. Along with the racket, they also provided a Popcorn packet for the kids. We were welcomed with the chocolates on the kitchen island..The fully stocked kitchen helped us for cooking food. There is a grill in backyard which is perfect for the BBQ and it had enough fuel. The location was perfect for visiting Space Center, Kemah and Galveston.We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Unfortunately my review dictates my overall experience with this host and property. Location wise to what and where we were there for was excellent, but that’s where it ends. We only stayed at this property one night due to the hot water heater not working, and not being able to be fixed the next day. The owners of this property have not given us a full refund. They even charged us a full price for a night where we did not have access to hot water. Throughly unsatisfied

The check-in was very good. The house was beautiful. It comfortably accommodated our entire group. The house was very clean. We loved our view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. The only things that could improve is the kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. Also more comfortable sitting arrangement in the den. The beds were low to the ground and the mattresses were not as comfortable as expected. Just a little constructive criticism, but we really enjoy our stay.
