San Leon features a handful of great restaurants, whether you want some great Tex-Mex and a margarita or you would like to have your fresh catch prepared for you at the local seafood joint. Tons of bars and honky tonks around. We are also conveniently located just south of Kemah and all the shopping, restaurants, activities, and bars the Boardwalk has to offer.

Easy to get around by car. Taxi/Uber/Lyft services available.

Note: Wheelchair accessible in the Main house via the back entrance, providing step-free access into the home. A bedroom is available on this level. No lift available.


Guest must sign and comply with the rental agreement in order to stay. We also require a government-issued photo ID and security deposit on all bookings.

There will be a fully refundable deposit of $1000 which will be released after your stay as long as the property passes inspection and no rules are broken.

We welcome up to 2 pets. It is charged $125 per pet. Don't forget to include them in your booking for a smooth check-in experience. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If evidence of pets on these surfaces is found, the security deposit will be withheld to cover the deep cleaning fee.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 6.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
