OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT CENTER - enjoy the outdoors and never miss a game again - our 83" LED Smart TV can be viewed from the outdoor kitchen/grill, the 8 person hot tub with LED lights and built in bluetooth speakers, and the lighted pool - we have seating for an entire party!!!! Property features a custom outdoor kitchen area with natural gas grill and flat top griddle - get to cookin' cuz you will never run out of charcoal or propane here.

Features 3 cozy, well-appointed bedrooms - Master with a king size bed, another with a bunk bed setup, and the last with a queen bed - features 2 fully stocked luxury bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and custom tiled showers, sure to make you feel right at home and comfortable in your travels or stay-cation. The living room provides an additional sleeping space with a queen bed.

FISH POND - our stocked pond has a covered and lighted gazebo and fish feeder - the pond is full of catfish, sunfish and bream - and we have paddle boats for guests use - just don't forget your fishing rods and gear.

ENJOY sunrises or sunsets beside the outdoor fire pit overlooking the pool, pond and back pasture where deer and longhorn cattle or goats can be seen crossing through or just sit back over the campfire with a cold drink and roast some marshmallows for the kids.

We have washer boards and tons of ever-changing outdoor games, load up the kids and come on!!
