From the time of booking, I received nothing but excellent customer service from the Staff at the Hotel 71. Before I could even reach out and inquire about the property's airport transportation, the hotel emailed me for my arrival information. I used the hotel's airport transportation - and they were on time both picking me up and dropping me off. The staff was super friendly. Anytime I walked past any employee, I was greeted with smiles and kind words. The front desk was very helpful. They listened to my questions and provided me with appropriate answers, and made sure I was happy every single time. The room was clean—the only thing that really matters to me when staying at a hotel. The bed and room temperature were comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant at the hotel was tasty. The views from the rooftop are wonderful. After my stay, the Manager reached out to me personally to inquire about my time at Hotel 71. The Staff genuinely care and want to continually improve in any way they can. Would definitely recommend.
My wife and I really enjoyed our 2-week stay here. Our room (which they called a Royal Suite) was nice and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our favorite thing about our stay though was the free breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, with a number of different, delicious food options (which change every day) and fresh juice.
