The entire staff is exceptionally polite, helpful and trustworthy, from the doormen to the bell boys and room staff, reception, dinning staff and the dinning manager, [...]. They were always there to please any request. They hailed transport for me, changed larger bills for me, always a need in a country where the stores and markets do not ued the credit card. The higher end stores do. The restaurant on the 12th floor provided healthy food suited for all commers with delicious tasting food at great prices, and they feed one more than one should eat, oops! The laundry service is Excellent! Computer hookup never failed. The negatives: the air condition is a bit chilly, one might need an extra blanket at night. The noise in the city is well everywhere in Dhaka, I reccomend a bit of cotton for the ears, the pillows are a bit firm. [...] the bathrooms have large camodes and roomy. not the squeezed in bathrooms one usually finds in Europe, I was very pleased with their accommodations and proficiency. three and a half thumbs up. d. lair

This is the first time we have stayed there.It was quite and we enjoyed staying there. Service is excellent in terms of pick up, breakfast and dinner. Room service is good and prompt. We will stay there in our next visit.

good place to stay

Couples

This is the first time we have stayed there.It was quite and we enjoyed staying there. Service is excellent in terms of pick up, breakfast and dinner. Room service is good and prompt. We will stay there in our next visit.
