Lots of “no” answers because they can’t be bothered to help. We were alone in the bar and still we had to jump through hoops to get a room service snack to be allowed at the pool area. In the end we were told yes by one person and no by another. We ate it there anyway. Gondwanda glass bottled water was available in the rooms but could not be offered in the bar or restaurant. No agua con gas available at the bar but you could have it in the restaurant. Bartender made no efforts for better service. Lazy. A dual massage was booked and one person got over an hour and the other got under an hour. Inconsistent service. The rest was amazing.
