Had a wonderful stay at Alta Gracia Hotel in Caacupé! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bar and swimming pool area were spectacular. The staff were extremely helpful, respectful, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was top rate with great variety, and the restaurant was excellent too, really good food and service. We have taken two stays in this place and we like it quite a bit. The beds are very good and the rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant does a decent job with good service. There are nice walking trails and the horses and ostriches running about were fun to look at. My only complaint is that both times we were there we had a problem with clogged plumbing and they seemed to be in no hurry to service it. Perhaps I spoke to the wrong person.

Liebe Leser, wir waren 21 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Hotelanlage, wir sind sehr selten so Herzlich und zuvorkommend bewirtet worden wie hier. Ein absolutes ist die Lage im Grünen. Das Personal, vom Restaurant, bis zum Zimmerservice war einfach in jeder Sicht Spitze. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem am Sonntag zu Mittag, ist Büffet mit BBQ angesagt. Lindo locación de hotel con una vista espectacular. Cuentan con un buen restaurante. Desafortunadamente en el hotel el servicio es bastante regular. Check out 11:00 am muy temprano y no te dan alternativas para quedarte a almorzar. Tuvimos que cancelar la reserva en el restaurante. Era el cumple de mi esposa y decidimos celebrarlo allá. Desafortunadamente experiencia regular.
