Family Summer Vacation

The house was great for our family of 12. It was in a good location and the van to the beach was a great bonus. The area was quiet and safe. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the pool, but it looked lovely. The house could use some general repairs as we had to fix the toilet, and the kitchen microwave isn't working so no fan above the stove when you make bacon. Overall, it was clean, functional and everyone had a great time relaxing after long days in the hot sun!

Fun Trip

The whole family enjoyed our trip to Destin, The house was perfect for everyone to have their own space and we enjoyed this trip very much! The kids especially loved the lagoon pool. The shuttle to the beach was very helpful and convenient with a very helpful and friendly driver.

Spring Break with Friends and Family

My family came down from North Carolina with some friends. The property was great, no complaints. We had a horde of teenagers between us, and the third floor was ideal for giving them their own privacy. Check In and check out were both simple. We spent tons of time at the pool and the beach was a short walk away. Would absolutely stay here again. walk away. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay with family and friends

We were a group of 13 adults, 1 toddler and an infant and we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place is beautiful, clean and well maintained and we had plenty space for all of us. I will definitely recommend it.

Beautiful and comfortable house!

Loved the house and pool! House had everything we needed for a great stay and the pool was right around the corner. We chose to drive to the beach rather than wait on the trolley and it worked out just fine. We had 9 kids and 4 adults and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed relaxing in the house and on the balconies. We would stay again 😁

Perfection!

Our family, including 7 children (ages 0-19), my parents, and 2 cousins stayed here for a family reunion. The house was beautiful, yet also kid-friendly. There was so much space to spread out and still be able to come together for meals. The location is perfect! Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, everything! We had a small issue: the A/C on the 3rd floor stopped working. I messaged Ash and she was quick to respond, got a technician out there ASAP, and the problem was fixed! Ash was absolutely wonderful to work with…a truly exceptional host!!!

Young Adult Getaway

This place was perfect. We had a 10 person group that was a mix of couples and singles. There was plenty of room to spread out but also the perfect amount of space to congregate and enjoy our trip together. The location was perfect. If you weren’t taking too much stuff it was the perfect walk to the beach, if you needed to drive, public parking for the Beach access was about 3 minutes away. You are close to everything. Lastly, the host is super responsive with any questions or concerns. We plan on booking the same place next year!

Spacious and easy access to beach

We had a great stay and the walk to the beach was an easy 15 minutes. Rooms are just as described and provided plenty of room for our entire family. Easy access to grocery stores where you really didn’t need a car for this location. Ash was very responsive and the check in/out process was easy.
