The condo is nice but had a few things wrong. Some of the cabinets were missing the handles . Coffee pot was broke bed upstairs had 2 mattresses to make it a king they were about 3” different in height from each other and one was hanging on the floor. No good place to plug in phones in the bedrooms. Unless you just lay them on the floor. All the plug ins are full behind the night stands.

The location for this condo is amazing! The owners were very responsive and friendly. My family loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom and spectacular view. The furniture does not match the pictures. They seem to be updating everything to be lighter and more beachy. I think that when the updates are completed, it will be even more wonderful. But look at the layout vs the decor in the pictures. The private beach and pool were clean, beautiful, and perfect for a family vacation. We would 100% stay here again.

Family getaway

Pictures don’t do it justice! We rented the condo from Thursday-Sunday, and we weren’t ready to leave. Very convenient to get around, and everything went very smooth. This was our first time doing VRBO, and we found it very easy. Would definitely rent again! 5*!!

Beautiful view

Cookware in general were poor conditions, there were no paper towels, a sponge, shampoos or conditioners. Salt and pepper would be nice to have. The place is very nice and we enjoyed staying there.

Great Family Condo

We have been staying at Silver Beach towers for almost 10 years now. Stayed in several condos. Our second year for this condo and it is just exceptional for 6 adults.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.

The Holiday Isle Properties office staff was very helpful and resolved issues promptly. VRBO and/or Holiday Isle Properties badly need to provide a distinct list of use of key fob, garage entry, that we had a garage code, etc. Also need directions for TV remotes, and appliance manuals.

Our experience was amazing from booking until we departed! We were extremely impressed with everything about the unit…very roomy, very clean, beautiful views from every room and balcony. Will definitely recommend and return again!!!

1905E Silver Beach Towers

Nice unit! Needs more drinking glasses other than wine glasses. The two chairs is the Great Room are worn and need replaced. Contacted Property Management (Holiday Isle) to check on functionality of downstairs Temperpedic adjustable mattress. I was told that a maintenance ticket would be created. End result was no one came by nor called back.

It's the little things that make a difference

The accommodations were very good and just as describe. Penthouse of a nice condo complex in a great location... no complaints. The ONLY issue we had were the little things that top off an experience. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or laundry detergent. It would have been nice to know what was not provided so we did not have to make a run to the store right after we checked in at 5:00 just to have a decent shower. Maybe my expectations are too high, but want next renters to be aware so they are not surprised. Really, this was the only negative about the rental or the communication with property manager.

Super Clean

Great property. With all the so-called Covid business going on, cleanliness was important to where we stayed. This place was super clean and I had no qualms with the property. The views, as mentioned, were fantastic. Nice beach, nice pools. The other condo guests seemed to be of a nicer quality than what we saw around town and that was a good point also. We felt safe around the facility. Add failed to mention you get umbrella and 2 beach chairs free during season. Also closed in garage which was also nice.

Very nice penthouse

The property is very nice and as described. Only a few hiccups in our reservation. 1) Check in is 5 PM! I feel like this is extremely late for a check in, AND we couldn't check in until almost 6 PM! 2) Dishwasher didn't work, handle on the kitchen faucet was broken, and there was blood all over the half bathroom wall...weird, but true. 3) Communication was top notch, but check in and out is at a totally separate location about a 5 minute drive away. Overall, the condo is nice and the location directly on the beach was very nice.
