Not what we expected or are used to. The public areas of the condo building is old, unclean and smelly. The unit we stayed in was the same. The second bedroom only had one twin bed - big enough for only one person. Misleading and disappointing

Nice place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, it should be more clear that the main pool at the resort is not heated. Also, the unit was missing some basic items like potholders, Kleenex, salt and pepper, etc.. also the trundle bed is really more for small kids/toddlers. I would not rent this unit again since I have two teens one ended up sleeping on the couch the whole time because the trundle bed is way too small.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful visit to Destin for Spring Break. The kids loved the pools and the trundle bed. The pull out couch was broken but we put the mattress on the floor and made it work. Aside from a few things that need to be fixed, it was a well stocked condo with plenty of room for our group of 6. We recommend this place to others and would stay again if we are ever in Florida!

Great family location for tweens and teens

The property was great for our family with 2 teens and a tween. If we had younger kids the pools were great for that as well. It was close to restaurants and shopping so we didnt have to drive far. The property shuttle.was great and Lance and Jim the drivers were awsome.

Tropical oasis in sunny Destin

My family (including 3 children 11,14&16) stayed at the Destin Palms. We absolutely loved everything about it. Restaurant on premises was amazing!!!! Close proximity to beach,stores,restaurants, etc. They had nightly entertainment and the lagoon pool which was absolutely gorgeous was open super late which my children loved. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Palms of Destin

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms of Destin. The property is very clean and safe. Our room was beautiful. It had every thing we needed. It overlooks the parking lot of the shopping center next door. However you can see the water and the Henderson beach state park. We actually had fun people watching from our balcony. The pools are very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay everything was neat for the most part. Bedding for sofa bed may have not been washed before arrival, still smelt like some type of men cologne and carpet needs to be changed. I would stay again

Good a** time

I would recommend this property over and over again. I only saw 2 things wrong with it. 1. The sofa could use an upgrade 2. The rental was a little on the pricey side. Outside of those two things this rental has “do over” written all over it.

Great Room! Weird Bar hours close by 10 pm for a Resort! And all bars and Restaurant closed on Tuesday. Short walk to beach and Back porch Restaurant. Great parking garage and Multi pools.

Great Stay

We had a great time at the condo. We had no problems, and just had a nice quiet stay apart from a lot of people due to Covid-19. We felt safe, enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach. We did choose to drive.

The couch is not very comfortable and the carpet could use a good cleaning. The remote for one of the TV’S couldn’t be found. Otherwise the condo was nice.

Horrid Customer Service From Owner's Agent; No Building Access Provided the First Night.

There are really two reviews. One for the property; the other for the Owner's agent. (Not the resort manager). Let me start with I will never rent anything managed by this agent again. But I would consider renting the unit again if it were managed by someone else. We decided to get away for our 30+ Anniversary. Since I knew we would be a late arrival due to our flight, I called the contract number about 10 am. No answer. So I left a message. No return call. Before boarding, I called again about 4. They said there was an email with "all" the information was being sent shortly. The email was sent, but it lacked all information. (I now wonder if they actually visited the property?) There were two key facts in the email. When arriving after hours, I was to pick up a packet from a lockbox. The second, was the door code to the unit. Arriving at Midnight. The box was unlocked. I looked for the packet. Nothing there. Tried to get into the building. Both the building and the parking garage needed separate codes. Two separate codes. I had not provided the codes to either the garage or the building. At 12:40 am, I called the provided number. Got an answering service. Eventually, I received a text (2-something) scolding me for not reading all the email carefully. "Did I go the the security guard?" (like I need to wander around a strange property at 12:30 am looking for security in the dark.) Not a - "we're sorry we didn't provide the codes so you could get into the building, what can we do to help?" The next morning, I told them sending me another email still missing the garage and building codes was useless. I wasn't going to be able to get into the building. When the Resort Management Desk opened, I stopped by. They were wonderful. They told me that agent had failed to send over any information so no packets had been prepared . . . and I was the third person that morning with the same problem. When we got to the room, (now Day 2 of my stay) the wifi didn't work. I could see it, but the password provided in the email didn't work. I contacted the agent to ask if there was a fix. I was not surprised that I never heard back. Like my request for a refund, they ignored my request to fix the wifi. As for the property, what you can see in the pictures is very accurate. A nice place with a beautiful view, wonderful pool area, and lots of things to do nearby. Alone, the property gets a 4.5, but the poor service brings the rating way down.
