Centrally located in Destin, this 1 bedroom 2-bathroom condo has proximity to everything needed to make your vacation great. Gulf Terrace is a gated community with 3 pools (one heated), a fishing pond, and tennis courts. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the enclosed porch has a full bed, and the sofa sleeper has a queen mattress, so the condo sleeps 6. Two bathrooms make getting ready for the day go twice as fast. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 televisions and Wi-Fi are all included.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here! The place was super clean, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. One of the highlights was definitely the pool it was amazing and such a great spot to relax. I most definitely recommend!

The property was nice and only had a few issues 1. The AC would not stay on the set temperature of 70 it would move up to 72 after a length of time.2. The windows for the sun room need to have black out curtains installed to keep the heat out it was very hot sleeping there.

This property was the perfect fit for our needs. The host Vicki was fantastic. She provided great communication and was very responsive with a question we had. Decent place, mostly clean, had dirty dishes and pod still in coffee machine. Other than that clean place. Heads up watter sprinkler shoots off at 11 pm........found that out the hard way. Was given instructions on how to clean up the place, why am i cleaning when im paying 140 cleaning fee ? All in all nice place would stay again
