You have 920 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features luxury plank flooring and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. | This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Such a beautiful condo!

This condo was exactly how it said it would be! Perfect location on the end of the unit 3rd floor! We weren’t bothered by any noise from pool or neighbors. Clean and perfectly decorated! We could have used more towels but other then that we had plenty of household items… toilet paper, dishes, dishwasher soap. We will stay here again!

Nice Long Weekend in Destin!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Destin Beach Club. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we were there for our son and DIL's reveal party. (It's a boy!) Even with no real beach time, the view was beautiful from this end unit and balcony was private, not right above the pool area. We enjoyed some great seafood at Dewey Destin's Harborside on the deck and 790 On the Gulf was wonderful. The DBC condos are close to everything. The only negative was being in the middle of everything, there was some road noise, sirens occassionally and the vaulted ceilings were nice in the unit, but the air ran constantly to remain at 73 degrees. I don't know how that would be in hot summer months. Nice condo, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. I would stay at this complex again and recommend.

Great to be on the Gulf

Not all units are updated, but our unit was nice an updated. All units open to the Gulf and had a gorgeous view. This was a great get away for a family of 4.
