Most of us love the idea of a beachfront vacation in a tiki hut.. well except for pesky things like no air conditioning, no running water and we’re not even going to mention insects! That’s why Jade East 430 is the best of both worlds. It’s so close to the water that you could almost jump in from the balcony, but it has all the conveniences that make us feel comfortable. Plus, it’s decked in a fun-loving tiki hut in the Keys theme.

Upgraded finishes like engineered wood floors, a stainless steel and quartz kitchen and shiplapped walls add a modern touch to this lively rental. Additional perks include a wet bar in the dining room, a full-size laundry room and a furnished, private balcony with gorgeous beach views. Moreover, being on the fourth floor means that all of Jade East’s amenities are just a few flights down! Guests love the beachfront pool and spa deck, the tennis courts, fitness center, barbecue areas and the condo’s location in a walkable area filled with restaurants and shops.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Great place

Great place, only issue we had was the slider door fell over but luckily we caught it and it didn't break. Maintenance came and put it back in tracks within minutes of us reporting it. Very responsive.
