• Parking is prohibited on the street or in the right of way, and blocking
sidewalks is not permitted.
• Any violations may result in ticketing and towing at the guest`s expense.
Property Care and Maintenance:
• No pets allowed.
• No partying allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Guests are responsible for inspecting the unit upon arrival and reporting
any damages immediately.
• Please rinse off sand with the front porch hose before entering the house.
• Close all doors to prevent the AC unit from freezing.
• Avoid setting AC below 68 degrees.
• No spray or colored sunscreen is permitted inside the house.
