Linda was awesome host. She communicated regularly and was quick to respond back. Property was clean, great location, and lots of beach supplies available to use incase you didn’t get a chance to bring it. Private beach access was a plus as well. Highly Recommend!!

This was our fifth property to stay at in the Destin area and the best one overall—from the responsiveness of the host to the sheer amount of equipment (kitchen, beach supplies, towels, games) available. Anything and everything you could ever want or need was at your fingertips. The backyard was a nice size and the pool was the biggest yet of any place we’ve stayed. The living area was a nice size to accommodate all of us ages 68 to 1. It was so nice having each bedroom have its own bathroom and to have five of the six bedrooms have king size beds. Would definitely recommend and stay again when returning to the Destin area.

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family! We’ve rented a lot of houses, but this one was tops. It had everything you could possibly need. We didn’t know how important having access to a private beach was until this trip. Linda was wonderful to work with. She always got back to us promptly and made us feel at ease. We absolutely loved this home. It was comfortable. The beds were comfortable and just felt like home away from home. The pool and jacuzzi were fabulous. We were in the pool first thing in the morning when it was still cool outside, but the warmth of the pool made it so enjoyable. I can't say enough about Linda. This is the best hostess ever! Communication is top notch. She made this trip magical. Thank you Linda.

Great Vacation House

We were very pleased with the house as it was very clean and comfortable. It met all of our family's needs as we all had our own bedroom and bath. There was a crib and pack and play available for our two young grandchildren and the bunk beds were perfect for the older kids. The property manager responded very quickly anytime that we texted and was always helpful. Having the private beach access was a definite plus. If we return to the Destin area we would definitely rent this place again!

Wonderful property

We had a great time during our stay. The house was perfect for our group of three families with teenage kids. Very well-appointed and new. Great location, just a few houses from the beach, and the pool/spa is great. Communication from the owner could not have been better and she was extremely accommodating to us during our stay. Strict HOA rules, but that was made very clear by the owner, and we did not have any problems. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent property

The house is as advertised. Each bedroom has it’s own bath which is great for multiple families. We were planning on spending time at beach (which we did) but did not realize how much we would appreciate the private pool in backyard. The house is very close to excellent beach access. Communication with property manager could not have been better. We would definitely rent again!
