Head to the beach and take advantage of seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Browse for souvenirs, keepsakes, and beach supplies at the gift shop in the lobby. Enjoy complimentary DVD rentals before an afternoon catnap, awake refreshed, and check out the fitness facility for a workout. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room and truly unwind. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your personal and professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0809 is a bright and cheerful one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Just steps into the open-concept living/dining space and you’ll be greeted by breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Lounge on plush sofas and catch a game on the flat-screen TV or pop into the fully appointed kitchen and prepare snacks for the beach. After a day of fun in the sun, retire to the master suite with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV, the sleeper sofa in the living room, or on twin bunks nestled in the hall. Come morning, take in sweeping sunrises on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf.



Start your day at the Destin harbor, just five minutes away, a great place for a sun-filled afternoon. Rent a pontoon boat, wave runners, or a kayak and explore Crab Island, a fun hangout near the Destin bridge. Upon your return, stroll through the many shops and boutiques, catch some live entertainment, and indulge in local fare and tropical cocktails while overlooking the Destin harbor!



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pool.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
