Stunning Ocean Front Views

Recently renovated with brand new owners at the Sundestin Resort. We are located on the 5th floor with the most amazing views. Come see for yourself what the views are all about. Only a few steps to relax with sand between your toes or find yourself relaxing by the pool. Don't forget about the hot tub either. Every morning and night, enjoy the incredible views from the balcony. Recharge at night in the king bed in the master or use the brand new queen pull out with an upgraded mattress. If needed, there is also a roll out cot that can easily be tucked back away during the day. Laundry is available on the same floor.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

The view was spectacular. It made the stay as we could see dolphins in the gulf from our room every morning. We brought binoculars and were able to track them playing up and down the shore. I rated it a little lower because the building was being renovated and we were not informed of that prior to arriving. We had water coming down on our heads as we entered and again once we got up to our room so we almost checked back out before even entering the room. However, even with the construction, I am glad we stayed.

This property is in a major construction zone.Indoor pool closed and covered up, outdoor pool closed, main lobby closed.We could not even find where to check-in. Apparently, the temporary signs guiding us to check-in had fallen down. The VRBO listing should have disclosed that everything is under construction. Very disappointed.

The condo was very nice and accommodated our needs. The amenities that the resort had advertised were not available due to construction. It was very disappointing to arrive for your stay and not have the heated pool, a restaurant and not being notified of the remodeling prior to arrival. If I would have known when I booked this , I would have chose another location . But as I said first, the condo itself was very clean and enjoyed th view of the gulf.

I had a great time! The location was great and the amenities were appreciated! The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the pools were closed when I was there but not the host’s fault! The only thing I would recommend is thicker curtains for the bedroom. People could see into my room so I put blankets up to help!

It was an ok stay. I was expecting much more. The air conditioning was extremely loud as well the neighbors were really loud. The outdoor pool was closed. The construction crew had managed to tie up the elevators. Not quite sure how this specific unit had gotten so many 10/10’s. Unfortunately don’t think I would book another stay here with this host.

Easy weekend getaway for two

My husband and I stayed here for an extended weekend. It was perfect for that. Be aware, you have to purchase beach rentals chairs/umbrellas from the resort unless you want to be far off the water. (The resort rules won’t let you put personal chairs in front of the resort chairs and they enforce this). Front row rentals sell out early so reserve before your trip!

Nice pillows

Comfortable bed, nice pillows. Could have provided more washcloths. Disappointed that there was not a Kerig coffee maker. Also, the Wi-fi was very spotty.
