Condo Unit* The mattress and/or spring in the master bedroom was horrible. It squeaked every time one got on the bed and also sunk where one laid down. The mattress and springs need to be replaced.* The light over the shower in the master bedroom is out. * The shower head in the master bedroom needs to be either replaced or cleaned; the pressure is very low.* There need to be brighter bulbs and a more translucent shade in all of the bedroom lamps. One could hardly see in the rooms at night. We had to open the bathroom door and turn on the light, and use our phone’s flashlight to see the inside of our suitcase, which was next to the dresser at night. * Lighting in general in the den and over the kitchen table was dim. Brighter bulbs and shades would help a lot.* The decor is VERY worn and dated in the condo.Front Desk* Our initial reception at the front desk was less than welcoming. We arrived at the front desk at 3:30 p.m. The receptionist checked us in but would not give us our room keys until 4 p.m. because we had booked the condo through a 3rd party and not through them. So even though the room was ready, we had to sit in the lobby for 15-20 minutes until 4 p.m. to get the keys to the condo.Facility in General* Getting around the facility was not very easy. One needed to go through the parking garage to another set of elevators to get to the boardwalk. Logic would have thought that a pathway from the lobby directly to the boardwalk would be available.
