This 1 Bedroom/1 Bath tropical getaway cottage sleeps 4 .Fully stocked linens and kitchen, just bring your toothbrush! Updated from top to bottom, this stunning home features top of the line LVP floors, new tile showers & vanities in the bathrooms, brand-new kitchen with all quartz countertops, complete with full-size dishwasher. Lighted king bed with built in charging stations in bedroom and queen size memory foam sleeper sofas. This property, provides modern luxury & comfort for all guests. The unit sleeps up to four people and includes one king bed, one set of bunk beds, and one queen pullout sofa. This luxury beach condo also provides access to a community pool just off the back, high-speed Wi-Fi, and on-site additional laundry facilities by the pool. 1 small pet allowed, 30 pounds or under with $100 pet fee. No real issues. This condo was meant to serve as an overflow for a larger family reunion based in a nearby house, and ended up being used by only one adult couple. Very clean and well-stocked. We had trouble with wifi initially due to inaccurate network information, but agents were helpful and maintenance came to help quickly. I enjoyed the patio chairs in early morning. Barely used the kitchen or cottage amenities.
