Chateau La Mer II Sea Renity #602 is a very nice one bedroom, one bath on the first floor. Just a short 5-minute walk to our deeded beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald pristine water of the Gulf of Mexico.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. A TV comes with cable channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washer/dryer, and a sofa bed.

The condo

The condo was comfortable and nice. The bathtub did drain very slowly though. Otherwise, location to the beach was great. Location to restaurants and other activities was great. Our condo was located right next to the pool and playground, which was excellent. Loved the stay and will book again

A bit disappointed

Upon checking in, our hall floor was flooded from the AC leaking. Called mgr and he was quick to respond in saying they knew it was leaking and needs to be replaced but they we’re waiting it out. The AC worked but was very loud. The beach is a 10min walk, not 5 as they stated. The couch had absolutely no couch left in it. We used the bed pillows as cushions. The frying pans would not sit level on the burners and needed a coffee cup under the handle to keep it flat. Overall i would rate the quality as poor.

Nice property great location

Loved the location of the room to the pool and the playground and grill area. The room had almost everything needed for a stay. I read reviews so i knew to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Only complaint we had was that the floor needed mopped, and the tub didnt really drain when taking showers. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time there.

Can’t beat the price!

We came for a week and honestly my only complaint is that we needed more trash bags and the drain in the tub wasn’t great. Otherwise, this was perfect. Short walk to the beach, good food nearby (you gotta try Kenny D’s), and close enough to shopping and seafood markets.

Perfect Beach Vacation

The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated. Plenty of comfortable seating. Loved being right next to the pool and playground. Beach is a little walk but nothing too far. Kitchen had all amenities you would need and the washer and dryer was a huge bonus.

Very pleased with our unit and surrounding property

We were very pleased with our unit with the exception of one thing. We were under the impression that there was a washer/dryer in our unit. THERE WAS NOT ONE. A laundry (coin operated) is on the property for residents to use. However, the room didnt offer a bill changer and office didnt have change. Was a lot of work to find change in busy Destin and get our clothes washed. Make sure its clearly stated if there is or is not a washer/dryer in the room! Loved the beach access, quietness, and privacy of the unit!

Great location!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great with a quick walk to the beach. Our condo had everything you could need. Check in was easy. The complex was nice. Many restaurants nearby and a short drive to Harbor Walk.
