Our new favorite place

This condo was the best that we have stayed at since coming to Destin every year for the past 7 years. There was so much space in this condo as well as the master bedroom was amazing. There were a few issues, but they were small and not a big deal at all. We WILL be renting from this condo in the future and look forward to more amazing experiences.

Great Vacation!

This property was magnificent. Walking through the front door was a fantastic panorama view from the get-go. It was a very clean residence and was a pleasant stay. We could not have asked for anything better. The views of the beach and sunset from the balconies were indescribable. Amazing. Thank you for a great vacation.

Spring break

There were 8 of us, all adults, in the Penthouse 1903. It was comfortable and spacious. We loved having our own hot tub on the terrace. The kitchen tools are lacking so bring anything specific you need, especially if you plan to bake. Make sure you reserve the beach chairs online otherwise they won’t be set out.

My family and I had never been to Destin. What a great decision to rent penthouse 1903. A beautiful spacious condo with a view of the emerald ocean water from every window. All the necessities were provided which was great. The beach is beautiful and the chair setup was a definite plus. I would highly recommend this penthouse. We may be staying again in the future. Stunning

Beautiful penthouse suite! Loved this place except I always try to review the details that may help others. Bring your own cooking spices, sharp knives or other kitchen items that help you make great meals. The kitchen was nice but needs a handyman to tighten drawers, adjust hinges and fix little items. The worst part of the resort was the selection of beach chairs. They assign you chairs and unfortunately our were the third row in the back. Can’t see the water😢. Even though we had the penthouse suite…..we had a crappy view on the beach. Not a big deal except that is the reason I paid a lot for our rental. Beautiful beaches!

WONDERFUL PLACE... AWESOME LOCATION... NICE PEOPLE...

This place was awesome. I will be returning to this spot without a doubt. Only odd thing was the washing machine soap the front desk wouldnt give us any for 7 people and we were provided one soap. The facility was awesome. people were great. dont be soap stingy! No seriously it was a great time. awesome views and over all top notch
