Great Place to Stay

The condo was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This place was great. Extremely clean and had everything we needed! We were able to bring our boat and dock at the canal behind the unit for easy access. The staff is so nice and helpful and the grounds are beautiful. We will be back!Thank you!

Wonderful trip

We had a week in Destin at the beginning of May. We stayed here and it was wonderful. The location wasn’t far from most major attractions. The check-in process was easy. The beach access was so close to the property. We would definitely book again.

Beach front condo

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this family friendly beach front condo. We enjoyed the pickleball courts, pool and hot tub. The condo was clean and the property manager was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend staying at the Sandpiper Cove.

Perfect for families!

Clean, stocked with beach towels, pickle ball paddles and balls, beach chairs, lots of extras. Kitchen could’ve been better stocked but no other complaints. Plenty of room and beds for my family of 6. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family vacation spot

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. We had everything we needed and more. The space was very clean and neat. The instructions were very clear for check in and out. The staff at the rental property and at the beach were always friendly and genuinely helpful which made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed walking to the beach, nearby restaurants, pickle ball, and the swimming pools. We would definitely stay here again.

This 2BR/2BA unit was just right for our stay with 4 adults and 2 small kids(ages 4 & 6). Everything worked correctly and the place was nicely decorated. The owners have taken care to provide small niceties, such as fluffy towels, quality toilet paper and bath soaps and shampoo. This unit is a good selection if you need a 2BR set up.

Always a good community to stay in lots of amenities and also in a great location. Unit was clean and on the canal perfect for my kids to feed the ducks and fish. I also brought a trailer and this unit can park trailers. Host was nice and just a text message away.

Amazing!!

We loved it. The condo was across from pickle ball court, which the kids loved! We took their bikes. Very friendly. Definitely coming back.

We’d stay again!

Location was so great, easy walking distance to the beach for all of us but convenient to drive/park as well. Pools were clean and nice. Condo was great. I did notice there were not any beach toys like many others we looked into booking, but it was easy and cheap to buy our own and donate them at the end. The condo was clean but cleaning people need to remember to refill salt, pepper, and non-stick cooking spray. All 3 were empty on the table and in the cabinets. These were minor inconveniences and certainly didn’t hamper our fun. We’d stay again!

Unit is as advertised. Very good value if the heated pools and hot tubs are heated during the stay. Check-in was very smooth.Couple of issues that negatively affect the overall rating:1) My advice is to get confirmation on the heated pool and hot tub operation ahead of time. In our case we were not informed upfront by Sandpiper Cove Reality (contact person Heather) that both heated pools were not heated. Unfortunately the NE heated pool was not heated until mid week bcs the heater was not working, and the centrally located pool and hot tubs were under construction until our last full day of our stay.2) The unit gets fumigated every 60 days. Unfortunately we had a speedy cockroach in the kitchen that I had to take care of. Sandpiper Cove Reality promised to ‘…look what we can do from our end.’ That message is from more 16 days ago. Nothing has been done.

Terrific place

Really liked this unit. Was very open. Bedrooms great size. Kitchen good size. The trash can in the kitchen please get a new one. After trying to replace the bag twice we quit using it. You can’t put anything big in it, it gets stuck taking it out and tore the trash bag. Maybe replenish the cooking seasonings. No salt very little pepper.
