Looking for a nice 1 bedroom condo at Sandpiper Cove priced right? You've found it in Sandpiper Cove 1030. This bottom floor 1br/1ba condo has a large King bed in the bedroom and a Queen size Sofa Sleeper in the living room. The bathroom can be accessed from either the bedroom or living room, and can be locked on either side. This condo has new flat screen HDTVs, new high quality furniture. The condo is also one hole away from being on the canal, so you can walk there with ease. It's flooring is done in tile except for the bedroom which has carpet. The condo even comes with a washer/dryer so you can pack light. Sandpiper Cove , a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a microwave.
